Creator Terms

These Creator Terms ("Creator Terms") apply to all users who create a Creator account on Axo ("Creator," "you," or "your"). These Creator Terms supplement the Axo Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If there is a conflict between these Creator Terms and the Terms of Service, these Creator Terms control for Creator-related matters.

1. Independent Creator Relationship

Creators use Axo as independent users of the platform. Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, agency, partnership, franchise, or joint venture relationship between you and MAG LABS LLC. You are solely responsible for the services and information you provide.

2. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you submit to Axo, including profile information, suggested questions, answers, images, biographies, and usernames (subject to Axo policies).

You grant Axo a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, distribute, and transmit your content solely for operating and improving the Service. For your public profile content only (display name, username, title, bio, profile and background images, suggested questions, and pricing), this license also includes promoting the Service — for example, featuring your profile on the Axo homepage or in Axo marketing. Your private answers to Buyers are never used for promotion.

3. Accuracy

You agree that your profile information is accurate and not misleading. You may not impersonate another individual or falsely represent qualifications or affiliations.

4. Creator Responsibilities

Creators agree to:

  • respond professionally;
  • comply with applicable laws;
  • avoid misleading claims;
  • avoid unlawful or fraudulent conduct;
  • comply with these Terms and the Terms of Service.

Creators are solely responsible for the accuracy of their responses.

5. Buyer Anonymity and Conversation Privacy

Some Buyers ask questions anonymously. You may not attempt to identify, unmask, contact, or solicit the identity of an anonymous Buyer, whether through the Service or outside it.

Conversations are private. You may not publish, share, resell, or otherwise disclose a Buyer's questions, messages, or identity without the Buyer's consent, except as required by law.

6. Response Requirements

To receive payment for an initial question, Creators must respond within the response period displayed by Axo. Failure to respond may result in:

  • automatic refunds;
  • cancellation of payout eligibility;
  • account review.

Creators are also expected to respond to any included free follow-up before the applicable deadline if one is available.

7. Pricing

Creators choose their own initial question price, paid follow-up price, and availability. Axo may establish minimum or maximum pricing limits or modify platform pricing features in the future.

8. Platform Fees

Creators authorize Axo to deduct applicable platform fees before payout. Current platform fees are displayed within the Service. Axo may modify its fee structure upon reasonable notice; changes apply prospectively.

9. Stripe Connect

Creators must maintain a valid Stripe Connect account in good standing. Buyer payments are held by Stripe pending your response and released according to Axo's payout policies. Payouts are subject to:

  • Stripe verification;
  • identity verification;
  • fraud reviews;
  • applicable payment regulations.

Axo cannot control Stripe payout timing.

10. Taxes

Creators are solely responsible for federal, state, and local taxes and for reporting their earnings. Axo does not provide tax advice. Where required by law, Axo or Stripe may collect tax information or issue tax forms.

11. Refunds

If Axo refunds a Buyer because a Creator failed to satisfy platform requirements, the Creator will not receive payment for that transaction. Axo may also reverse payouts, or deduct amounts from pending or future payouts, where required to resolve fraud, duplicate transactions, chargebacks, payment disputes, or compliance obligations.

12. Prohibited Creator Conduct

Creators may not:

  • plagiarize content;
  • knowingly provide false information;
  • engage in scams;
  • manipulate reviews;
  • use Axo for unlawful activity;
  • solicit payments outside the platform;
  • abuse Buyers;
  • attempt to identify or contact anonymous Buyers;
  • publish or share Buyer messages or personal information without consent;
  • upload illegal content or content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors.

13. Professional Licensing

Creators are solely responsible for complying with laws governing their profession. Creators should not provide services requiring a professional-client relationship through Axo unless permitted by applicable law. Nothing on Axo establishes attorney-client, physician-patient, financial advisor-client, therapist-client, or similar professional relationships.

14. Intellectual Property

You represent that your content does not infringe another person's intellectual property rights. You agree to indemnify Axo against claims arising from your content. Repeat infringers will be terminated in accordance with the Terms of Service.

15. Suspension

Axo may suspend or terminate Creator accounts for:

  • fraud;
  • repeated non-responses;
  • excessive refunds;
  • abusive conduct;
  • policy violations;
  • payment abuse.

16. Earnings

Creators acknowledge that:

  • Axo does not guarantee earnings;
  • Buyer demand varies;
  • payout timing may vary;
  • future platform features may change.

17. Termination and Survival

Creators may stop using Axo at any time and may erase profile content or request account deletion as described in the Privacy Policy. Axo may retain transaction records as required by law. Outstanding payouts remain subject to fraud review and applicable payment rules. Sections 1, 2, 5, 10, 11, 13, 14, 16, and 17 survive termination.
